Three times "no !!!". Three monuments were made at the same time. How this office tormented us. They brought a stone of terrible quality, came and quietly erected a monument, leaving behind construction debris, forgot to bring materials to put under the small stones (so that the grass does not grow) then tore the usual bag - and did and covered. Inscriptions on monuments - in curved letters. They promised to fix everything, but did nothing. Portraits and attitudes towards the client are a separate story. They have a female artist (Valentina, it seems) in her hands from one place. I redrawn three times - and still no one looks like the monuments. She is hysterical and declares: "everyone looks like me !! And I'm not going to deal with you all the time !!". That is, the fact that I pay such a lot of money does not mean anything. The "artist" likes everything, and your opinion is already like that. Before applying to this company, I read a lot of reviews and looked at the works. I thought there were professional and conscientious people here, but I got only bad nerves and complete dissatisfaction with work.
