На рахунок замовлення: люди в Черкасах на Хімселищі з сайту замовити не можуть, вона неЛюди. Зона доставки не покриває. Приходиться виходити за 2 квартали та зустрічати замовлення самому. Коментарі до замовлення ніхто не читає, або не звертає увагу. За 30 хв ніхто не доставляє. Кур"єр возить декілька замовлень, мені шукав в сумці моє по чеку.

After the pizza arrived and we paid for it, opening it, we noticed that the pizza was of the wrong size (they ordered both 30cm each), and both arrived at 25cm each, you can see it on the video, we called and said that we did it instead of the average one, the administrator said that maybe the driver gave the wrong order, asked how we knew that the pizza was smaller. We explained that we measured the diameter with a ruler, he asked us to shoot a video and send it to Instagram, after I called him back and he began to make excuses that the pizza decreases during cooking, and they roll out all 30 as expected, after I asked for the director's number, since this is not the first time I have had such a long delivery and today there was already too much, he said that write on Instagram, if the smm specialist gives the director's number, that's the only way. For all the dialogues with the administrator, he always looked for some kind of excuse, when we did not hear any discounts or apologies, only for the fact that it was taking a long time. You have incredibly tasty pizza, and I want to order it further, but this is not normal, when the last order I waited 4 hours and they gave me a 20% discount, and this one waited more than two hours, when the workers disappear an hour before the end of work for more than half an hour. I would like to talk to the director, just explain that the situation is not beautiful, I would like to continue ordering delicious pizza from you, but with such situations it is difficult to do it. If it were possible to give 0 stars for the service, I would gladly do it. Naturally, the 30-minute delivery took an hour and a half, like most people, but that's not even the point. Nobody warned us, we had to call the hotline, where we are completely calm, never once apologizing, they say that our pizza is still in the kitchen, and they have no idea when it will be delivered.
