Sushi to them often, but for the first time decided to take from this institution. Reviews a lot and most positive, so ordered with home delivery. Well, on this note, everything ended well. Ordered sushi at 11.00 at 16.00, Okami set with free delivery around the city, I live in Dakhnivka. At 15.30 they called back and clarified the address. At 4.20 pm I already called and asked where the sushi was, they said it would be now. At 16.45 the fast delivery arrived. The check had a land price of 798 + 100 UAH for delivery, it turns out Dakhnivka knows what the hell it has to do with the city of Cherkasy, at least open the map. After talking to the manager, who proved that I have to pay for free shipping, I paid no shipping (explained that let them read what they write on the site) and took the sushi. Thought the sushi was worth the wait, but was disappointed. Sushi is large in volume and perhaps delicious, if not for the cheese which is just bagaaaaato and it overshadows all other flavors. Or there is nothing else but cheese. I don't want to eat 10 pieces of sushi anymore, not because I'm full, but because cheese spoils everything. I did not expect such disappointment from this institution, especially after a large number of positive reviews. I will not order sushi here anymore. In Cherkasy there are places where sushi is cooked much better.

I ordered a set of rolls in a relatively new but well-developing OKAMI establishment. We accepted the order very politely, clarified all wishes and helped with the choice. Because the menu is varied and your eyes just scatter, you want everything and more😂. I was also very pleased that there is free fast delivery. The rolls are all neat, do not fall apart and correspond to the order. Everything is beautifully folded and packed in a box😍. Delicious fresh rolls, tender filling, perfectly cooked rice, a thick layer of the freshest fish ... and Philadelphia is really with SALMON, and not some tiny stubs (as many now do) 😭. Special thanks to the team that tries so hard to adhere to all standards and is a joy. Thank you for being there. Please stay the same and delight us with such goodies. You are the best❤️ I RECOMMEND to order sushi from the guys. I'm sure you will like it!

Глянул рейтинги по Черкассам , у всех ужасные. У этих самый высокий. Зашёл через Инстаграм посмотрел фото. Отвечали сразу (удивился). Накидали фото с меню. Готовят быстро. Пришел забрал пакет - все как часы. Единственное соус докупил т.к. на 2кг что они положили маловато. В целом суши вкусные , сервис отменный. Рекомендую. Ребята начали недавно видно стараются , надеюсь будут держать на этом же уровне , будем заказывать.

Very mixed feelings about this institution. I took sushi here many times since spring. It was very tasty, just fantastic. BUT, recently the filling in some rolls has changed so that in most rolls the filling is exactly the same (a lot of cheese + a little cucumber). Pieces of fish on rolls are thin, so most rolls taste the same. We took 2 different sets and the roles were the same, the difference was almost not felt, and the rice was a little overcooked. Next is a beautiful so-called "roll as a gift". I ordered 5-7 roles and NEVER received this "role as a gift". Despite the fact that when ordering they say that there will be another roll as a gift, and when you take the order you do not have any roll as a gift. When I last ordered, I asked where this roll as a gift, I was told that oh well ... you had a discount there, so there will be no roll. If not, why say when ordering what it should be? In short, either I was very unlucky last time, or they really went bad ((

Thanks for the delicious rolls! We ordered from you for the first time. And they did not regret it. The quality is excellent, delivery on time, the taste is amazing. We will order more)
