A terrible agency! Never use their services! My husband and I chose a tour to Egypt, paid money for the r / p. Two days later I was told that there was no money, although immediately after payment we provided a payment receipt. I was accused of rudeness and lack of competence, as they said that I do not know the rules of my bank, although it was clearly written in the receipt on what date the money will be transferred. But the real reason was the fact that the tour operator did not buy the ticket, and it significantly increased in two days, and they refused to sell the tour under the guise of: "Well, if you nagged me then I will not sell you anything, although I did not refuse the permit. "
