Service is bad! The cashier in the basement is the real general of this department. Decides everything. The managers are not professional, they do not know the bank's services well. They cannot press correct information, and they constantly refer to the hotline. In general, lazy seals. Please, the main office pay attention to this department and train the staff to work with clients (physical and corporate!) So far, the overall service rating is worthy of one star, and you definitely have something to strive for.

This is some kind of comedy. I came to get a consultation, sold a credit card and a current account. The credit card itself was canceled the next day :) to close the current account they require money. In one word, I was in Russian. Manager Shapran Olga.

Terrible bank. There is no service at all, you need to pay extra for each service. To close the map, you need to go through 7 circles of hell. This is not a bank, this is horror. I do not even recommend looking in the direction of this bank. And don't forget, this is a Russian bank !!!!!!
