In an empty renovated office, without visitors and with closed offices, only three employees. And one of them had to give me a card. To my greetings and formulating the reasons for coming - answered in one word "passport", then "fall in the hallway." It seems to me that even basic upbringing requires more courtesy. Elementary. Not to mention the need to obey the law. Very surprised by the level of service. I will try to limit contact with the bank

There is absolutely no customer orientation, there is no information, you have to ask about everything, and then the employee kept silent about the important points, I do not recommend this department, I plan to transfer to another

Horrible service. They say one thing, do another. Information mess. The payroll card operator is not competent or very inconsiderate. I am sure that there is a large staff turnover. You can write a lot, but I feel sorry for the time. I do not recommend this department for cooperation.

I don’t advise the bank at all, they don’t give the money back for 2 weeks !!!, the deposit is over, dollar. these are crooks and not a large European bank, I kept them from 2015, now I regret it, they give out money near Oschad, and they tell me "no money, come tomorrow" they don’t even fill out an application, they don’t give a damn about customers
