I ordered it on the website (their price was 20 hryvnia lower than in other stores, my son immediately disbelieved this, but I did not attach importance). I received a defective product at Novaya Pochta - the book on a foreign language did not have an email access code. room for exercise. This makes the book completely unsuitable for use in the process of studying remotely, the cost of the book is almost 400 UAH. The seller has no plans to resolve the issue and accuses me as a buyer, or New Mail as a carrier. Then there were attempts to blame the publishing house. The main thing is not to take responsibility for yourself. Of course, I will send a similar claim to New mail. Wish I had read the store reviews before buying. The photo shows a defective book with traces of a neatly torn activation code and the second book is absolutely normal with an activation code in it.

Maybe once these "specialists" worked well, but today this is an example of lack of service, pettiness and artificially created monopoly (it is possible that the money goes to bribes that would force parents to buy there). Personally, my experience: I paid on Monday (and in order to place an order you need to place an order for 300, which is essentially too much for one child), paid immediately, on Tuesday received an SMS that was sent for delivery, and in fact the shipment was made only on Saturday night. Here or we (buyers) are considered fools, because the owner saves on everything he can. I hope that this "business" will not last long. P.s. negative reviews from your own site are removed :)

Was shocked by the store. I needed a little consultation on the choice of books. But the happy answering machine just dropped me. Type order through the site. Why do people pay paid advertising on the Internet and do not want to talk to customers ???

It was impossible to place an order and pay on the website due to malfunctions. the buy button did not work, I called back on the phone to place an order. They said that they can't help anything and won't accept the order! Terrible attitude, I do not recommend !!

I ordered books on German. Everything is as it should be: paid, they sent, received on a new mail. There were no problems.
