The managers hang up the phone and don't answer the questions properly, feeling like I'm in elementary school and not trying to order a book. It's a pity that I can't get through to the management, it is probably also hiding! A great desire to come to the store and look into the eyes of this novice manager, who was clearly not taught how to communicate with customers.

the same story with the order; the order is confirmed, the manager informs about the shipment on Monday, no contact and it turns out that the book is out of stock.

I placed the order on Monday (03/03/20) on the website and paid immediately. The manager said that the dispatch will be on Friday. Nothing, not in a hurry, said that I expect. 02/08/20 he called back and as it turns out my order is canceled due to the fact that the book is not available. I left the card number, but the money was not returned !!! If he hadn’t called back, could you forget about the book? Order Number 19204 Totally disappointed!
