In general, a normal service station, but: 1) all or almost all prices are strongly "round", for example, 2000, 5000, 8000 - such prices are always suspicious, because if there is a translation of a foreign part from currency to hryvnia, this can rarely happen, 2) we are waiting for some details, it is not known how many, moreover, at first they were promised for the foreseeable future, now you need to constantly ask again "have you yet arrived", that is, activity manager is low, 3) during the epidemic, there were a couple of visits, and unfortunately, no anti-epidemic measures were taken on the service.

Very bad service station (their other names are Zero Emission, z-e.com.ua). Addressed the problem of the air conditioner valve of the electric car. I immediately said that the fifth valve does not work for me. We took 200 UAH. for the diagnosis. Conclusion - "the fifth valve does not work." Ok (, they removed the bumper, again diagnostics (+300 more), pumped out the frion, total plus UAH 1240. The valve needs to be replaced. The catalog number of the spare part manager Artem does not say, "This is not my job, they don't pay me for it" (!). The official said the number, ordered, brought them a new one. They put it in and does not work again. They are talking about some kind of nonsense - "This is not the one, bring another one, but with the same catalog number", "Bring the same, but different." the car, in response they ask for another UAH 1000. In the end, they did nothing, took the disassembled car without a headlight. Diluted it to UAH 2640. The manager asks for money for the catalog number of the spare part, or offers to buy from him for three prices. The management does not respond to comments and still covers such extortion. By the way, the official service station did everything in 40 minutes and UAH 2441.
