My husband drove my PEUGEOT 107 to initialize the robotic box (the car started with jerks). He said that this is the best official STO PEUGEOT / CITROЕНN of those he was. And for 10 years with PEUGEOT, he was at everyone in Kiev. It was fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. He especially noted the head of the workshop Vladimir for his professionalism and the manager Maxim for his customer focus. Recommended.

In principle, I do not leave negative reviews, as I understand that everyone can have their own views on different situations, but here, of course, except "what a nightmare, I do not advise anyone" - I have nothing to say. From the first day of consultation in this salon, be prepared for the fact that you will re-ask all questions from a "specialist". You stipulate a list of questions for which you want to get clear answers and they will tell you - I will clarify and call you back .... Iiiiii ..... Nobody calls .... You write, dial .... Customer focus is zero 👍 Trade in is not their topic at all. They are like in kindergarten, when a child is afraid to tell adults something, they will openly freeze you. It is interesting that in other salons at Trade in they inspect the car for a hundred, draw up an inspection report and indicate the price .... Here you yourself will ask to inspect the car for a hundred. You will not be invited there, but they will look at your car on the street, at dusk with the words "it is important for us that the pretty one is outside." The answer from the professionals. I agree that appearance is important, but the fact that the car is not looked around for a hundred ... I just worry that they are implementing something ... But what to talk about if there was a car in the cabin, from under which oil was flowing 🤷‍ ♀️ Citroen is an amateur car, but here they behave as if they sell them in packs every day. And also, if you want to buy a car on credit, even with a 50% down payment, they will look at you as "third class", although it makes no difference to the salon how the money for the car will be transferred. Learn, learn and learn to serve customers again !!! Such a service dishonors the Citroen brand. But of course, everyone himself can choose with whom he wants to communicate: with those who wear a crown on their head or a normal sales specialist in another salon 🥰 all good)
