Score -1. Sold a non-working Power bank. I came back. Connected - does not work. But no, we will not return the money because it has a non-commercial appearance. And at the same time the seller brazenly says that "write where you want", I will not accept it, BUT I will withdraw money. The level of professionalism and respect for the client is zero. The buyer's corner is unformed, the complaint book is left blank. That's the whole level of store and staff.
