The store is located in the most traffic area of ​​the Retroville shopping center, next to the Novus store. The store is designed in a new company format. Sellers are not intrusive. The selection of goods is sufficient. There are sea refrigerators and washers, laptops tode. Was here on a day off, there are a lot of people. I bought myself a keyboard and mouse for my laptop. I bought a gorgeous set of Logitech. The seller told and checked the functionality. Thank you so much!

Normal shop. You can find the product at an exclusive price. But the bonuses are handed out by some muddy. It is not clear which products are affected and what percentage of the discount is given when they are effective.

With the one star rating, I've probably been very generous. It's a shame that you can't give zero stars, because in my case it would be completely justified. It all started with the fact that we have already been there twice about the purchase of this device. The first time the POS system didn't work and the seller asked us very nicely and politely to come back so that his sale could finally take place. The second time we even got a small discount and everyone was happy. Until then everything is fine ... The goods, which after just under a week of purchase, had a defect the first time they were used and did not work properly, were returned as soon as possible, a total of seven days after purchase. The so-called "sales manager" first had to think long and hard about which case it was exactly, whether it was a guarantee, goodwill or a case for the service center. After the decision was made, I was told that the device would be sent to the service center, where the error would be corrected or the device may be replaced. So I should be patient and wait a few weeks for the device to come back from repair. In the meantime, of course, I should find another solution and get another device, despite the fact that I and others had to rely on it. Although the device was bought a week ago, the defect was discovered when it was used for the first time and was returned immediately afterwards, no one could immediately exchange it or at least issue a credit for it. It was even said that if we had returned the goods after about three days, we would then find a solution immediately. I just find it illogical and absolutely cannot understand it. The worst service I have ever experienced! It was the last time that I or one of my family members, friends and I also hope acquaintances will visit this and other Eldorado shops in particular.

Terrible service. The staff is not competent - they sold a defective product or it is a policy to sell something defective. The situation is this: for the first 6 days there was no need to put the electrical appliance into operation, but a week later they decided to use it and found a malfunction, they wanted to exchange it for a new one or return the money and purchase a similar product, in response they heard that this was not possible ?! How is it? It took exactly 7 days only. The administrator or senior manager proposes to send to the service and wait 2 weeks (or maybe more since quarantine is now), that is, how is it in general? Is it such a tricky move not to return the money at any cost or not to make a replacement for a new, non-defective product ?? Most terrible experience of this store. I strongly do not recommend buying anything here either because deception and disappointment await you here. Run away from this place and be careful! Continuing this story. After a month of my purchase, I never saw it. Having called the hotline, they told me that they would contact me, more than a week passed and no one answered, I had to call again, to which the consultant replied that this store had contacted me for a long time 😯 What, excuse me?
