Alas, this company has no service. If you think about putting an intercom - you are definitely NOT here. You order a key and you can't get it. The key is protected, that is, you cannot make a duplicate then ANYWHERE. They work only during working hours, so it's not realistic to come. They do not work on weekends, so the phone does not answer. The master will call, promise and disappear. The phone is not answered. Who can decide - only the director. To whom everything is passed, but he also does not decide anything. Partners of a Russian company with the same level of service.

The address indicated in the state register of legal entities and indicated on the company's website does not match. In the event of technical breakdowns, the intercom does not work, it is not realistic to call this company, respectively, you will live a very long time with a non-working intercom. Dear developers and the management of housing offices, when you impose this company on residents by force, you thereby turn their life into a nightmare

The intercom stopped working - you have to call for the 3rd time in a month to send the master. I do not recommend it. Service is poor.

Problems began with the intercom in 2017, made a request. An employee eltis arrived. He did nothing, said he would come later. Now is the 2020th - and the intercom does not work. But the bills come. Very poor equipment maintenance.
