Ordered components by self-pickup without ringing. I received an SMS that the order is on the spot, you can pick it up. Arrived the next day (Thursday) at 11.30, the store is open from 10.00. The doors are closed, no one is there, the phones listed on the site are not answered. I will not order more.

34 UAH, Karl !!!) After ordering the studs for the guitar, they did not fit. As a result of a conversation with the manager, we agreed on a refund. No conditions or requests, return,. After the parcel lay for more than a week, I asked a question when you pick it up. Answer: you did not pay the pickup and refund, but we will not pick it up. As a result of two-hour conversations, where the word excuse sounded once at the end, they returned the money to the card. All the fuss was due to 34 UAH, which I offered to pay on the card. We have 100500 clients all over Ukraine, you are not alone, read the site !!
