We went with Optima for the second time, everything is just super! When choosing a hotel, we selected it as much as we wanted. Already upon check-in, the hotel didn’t get into the room very much, but Victoria helped solve this issue and was overpowered into an excellent option. Victoria, special thanks)

I ordered a ticket to Egypt two months before the tour. The tour was selected as efficiently as possible according to the price-quality criterion. During this time, there was constant support on all issues thanks to the employee of this company Victoria. Everything was decided quickly and on time. I was very pleased with the free taxi transfer from Kiev to Boryspil Airport. The hotel in Egypt was 4 stars, but the quality of service boldly pulled by 5. Buffet 3 times a day, fruits, fish, salads, meat, cakes, pastries. Victoria - thanks again for your professionalism and great stay
