Koretsʹkyy Rayonnyy Istorychnyy Muzey

Opposite the monastery is a house of the early 19th century, which belonged to Count Gorchinsky. In 1846 Taras Shevchenko stayed at this house while working at the Archeographic Commission (that's why the Kobzar monument stands here). Today the house has a museum and library.

Good museum. There are dishes from the local manufactory, a lot about Jewish times and about the Princes Koretsky. Good location, and through the wall is the tourist information center # Korca

The guide of the museum tells informatively and interestingly.
