Recently, my wife and I became the proud owners of Renault Duster. I want to share my experience: everything is clear, by appointment, politely, and most importantly, qualitatively. Also, in the event of a malfunction that required urgent adjustment (the power window mechanism failed and the window did not close) - they took it out of turn, immediately rendered "first aid" and replaced the parts when they arrived. They also notice troubles that I have not seen and inform that it is very nice (the envelope burned out in the front right, for example). There is a cover on the steering wheel and seat, the machine is inspected during repair, it is issued in a working and clean condition, all the old parts that are replaced are asked and, if necessary, put in the trunk. I am absolutely satisfied with the service. Well done guys, keep it up!
