Since one day, unknowingly, I bought my husband a shirt with a composition of 80% cotton, I was convinced that synthetics were too felt. Perhaps such a composition has a positive effect on the service life, but it soars strongly, it is like glass, well, it is not comfortable in it. Therefore, for the second time I choose only 100% cotton. And now I urgently needed a white shirt with short sleeves, just for the heat. I did not hesitate to look on the already familiar site, by the way, measurements are indicated for all models and sizes and this is a plus. I chose a shirt, the site says 100% cotton. Dispatched quickly. But having touched the shirt I immediately felt the synthetics, the composition on the tag is 80% cotton, 20% polyester. It was unpleasant, of course, but in a telephone conversation the seller, after listening, said that they would return the money and refund the shipping cost. Although in the conversation even then, it sounded unobtrusively: "this is a very good fabric", "if you had not watched the composition, you would not have understood", "I want to upset you, you do not understand fabrics", (quotes from the seller's words). "Sorry," I didn't hear from the manager. The money was really returned to me, but only for the shirt. And then the most interesting thing, after my repeated appeal regarding the refund for the delivery, it started. There are no comments, just read the screen of the correspondence ... My opinion is that this person, whether he is a manager or, due to his special impudence, a director, does not have the slightest idea about the tact and manner of communicating with clients. I am not ready to admit my mistakes and mistakes. Therefore, in spite of the good quality of the goods, I highly do not recommend contacting this "office" with another word, alas. And to make sure, try to somehow discuss with the manager (usually I talked with the same one), at least a word against or doubts about the quality and you will hear a rebuff and understand the manner and policy of this online store.
