Inattention to the car, they will never tell you anything, unless it brings benefits and getting money from the client! Recently, even the coffee shop was removed, I'm not talking about the fact that if you have to sit there for 2-3 hours, you won't even be offered coffee. Given that the cost of coffee for the service is maximum 5 UAH! Want to know the code of your part - only if you order it! There is nothing like this either in Kharkiv on Soli plus, or in Kiev! Everything seems to be good and polite, but there are many not very responsible people. And from a Mercedes you expect not just "not bad" - but the best. And by the way, the situation there does not correspond to the brand.

The quality of work is excellent. Body work is generally out of competition. The work is done very quickly, exactly with the regulations, after the list is agreed with the client. I am very pleased with the support, however, the prices of components poison the general impression - even 2 times higher than in Kiev!
