Plus: a sufficient selection of goods for pets as for Raspberries, convenient location, the ability to pay cash / card, work schedule. Minus: in all previous purchases the staff was friendly and helped to make a choice. When buying 02.08.2020 in 15.21 tablets for the prevention of parasites was not pleasantly surprised by the behavior of the seller. I, as a buyer, may not know all the nuances of the drug and the task of the seller, I think, to help in the choice. If I call the approximate weight of animals - it does not mean that you need to treat me superficially and ridiculously and reduce my choice to the plane of "more expensive" or "cheaper". Another seller helped to make a purchase, but left the store not in a good mood. Next time I will think about whether to make a purchase as usual or whether it is possible to plan an order online. Conclusion: thank you to the store owner for the outlet and the opportunity to make a purchase quickly. All pet products before that were purchased here, I was always satisfied with the purchases and service. I hope that my case is isolated, the store - development and grateful customers.

In response to the previous review, I want to leave my opinion and impressions. Yesterday 02.08 was in the same store. According to the veterinarian's prescription, she bought medicine for the cat. And the service was quite pleasant and polite, they gave me all the medicine and helped me choose a toy. I am a regular customer and have a discount card. And I like the range and the attitude of the sellers to me as a customer. Therefore, I completely disagree with the previous review. And also pay attention to the fact that 02.08 is a Sunday and the store is open until 15:00 and the man wrote that he bought 15:21, somehow strange, isn't it?
