I have been a regular customer for several years now. But lately, it is not convenient to make a purchase, I buy dry food by weight, I need a kilogram, but they cannot sell it to me, but less (850 or 730gr), although there is food in stock (you need to open a pack), they say the program will not let them through now. This is not the first time, sometimes they could only sell for cash and not with a card and also allegedly because of the program and a certain amount of grams. I understand that there are different working nuances, But this has not happened since the opening of the store, and this is very inconvenient and, honestly, causes distrust. Therefore, I ask you to pay attention and correct the shortcomings, and return the store's service to its previous level, so that you can make purchases with pleasure, as before, and not with the thought of finding another pet store.
