An excellent bank, I have been using its services for over 15 years. The staff in this department is pleasant. Although once one of the employees talked to me irritably, attributed it to a bad mood, but such behavior for bank employees, I think, is unacceptable.

The queues are terrible. I wanted to pick up the card. It took 30 minutes to come to one manager, whom the bank assistants showed me and the manager directed me to another manager, where I again sat for 25 minutes .... It's especially cool when you try to pick up your card and spend another half hour on it !

Everything is fast, without further ado and as polite as possible. Taran Irina and Denis are especially grateful.

This banco opens at 9:30, although it says on the door that at 9:00! For half an hour, customers wait for cashiers to run around the offices, pour tea, print them out, enter passwords, sit down - drop their fingers and poke their fingers at the monitors ... so in the morning, before work, it is unrealistic to be served there. but all around is clean - yes, yes!
