3 months ago I went through the horror of opening an account with this bank. The staff does everything as if it is an indulgence. I had to come to the department about 10 times, signed several dozen papers. I did not receive a permanent card. Apparently I should again beg for them to give me this card. Just a nightmare Upd: Went to pick up a card. Due to a bank error, I can’t change the PIN code ...

There was a time when a card was stolen from me. Here they helped me and talked politely. All issued quickly and then called when to pick up.

Unimaginably slow service. Most likely, the employees of a particular department are participating in some kind of "Italian strike", making the waiting time and service simply inadequately long. I have never encountered this before. If you really need to come here, set aside an hour or more for the most trivial operation, but better go to another bank. There are a lot of them in this area.

I was served very quickly. The compartment is quite compact. Everything you need is there. The cashier quickly and efficiently completed her work. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. A couple of minutes walk from the shopping center Ukraine. I was lucky, most likely, there were no queues at all. It's nice that in the distance everything is clean and tidy. The cash desk is located separately, if necessary, you can close the door and no one will disturb when withdrawing a lot of money, for example. And the line will not look over his shoulder. This, at times, is not unimportant.

12/11/2019 put money in the ATM. I ate money but didn't get it on the account. They promise to sort it out within two weeks. Gifts for the new year flew by, payment of the loan. In general, the mood before the holiday is spoiled. It is not yet known whether they will give it back. We need to change the bank.
