I went to the department. The managers are busy. Nobody is in a hurry. Customers are ignored. Service disgusting

As in any branch of Oschadbank, everything is done so that no one wants to deal with this underdelivery. The service wants to be better, but I think this will never be in the oschadbank

What can I say, Oschad Bank is merciless. Programs are loaded for a very long time, especially in the morning, but the friendly staff is always ready to help and suggest the best solution to the problem smooths out all the "sharp corners".
