As a result, everyone went to the door, opened it and then closed it with a displeased face, the knock of the rest of the visitors was ignored. And this is taking into account that the working day is until 18:00. So guys, if you want to use the services normally without a scandal, choose another bank.

This is horror, I decided to fill the card at the ATM, put the amount, the ATM returned one 500 UAH bill to me, I took this bill and put another two 500 UAH to it, the ATM just spent the first amount, and did not take into account the amount reported in the amount of 1,500 UAH. Calling the hotline is not possible, Alla got it! I wrote in a chat, to which they answered me wait for collectors. I waited a long time, since there were holidays. Finally, I got an answer; collectors did not find the money. Please look at the camera at the ATM, time and day is easy to find, since I immediately sent them the photo of the ATM and the address. Write a statement, they answered me. So how will they prove in my favor, because they gave me an answer without checking the situation? And where is the security service? 1500 UAH, where are they?

The most insane bank, accrued some kind of minus on the card, accidentally discovered it repaid. I took the ticket to the electronic queue, although I am alone in the department and standing in the bank with a card, passport and code, I can’t close one card, then one problem or another. I have never met such banks. After half an hour of the killed time, they were advised to turn to the hotline (it’s by the way paid), they said they were not a charity office. Freaks
