From the positive: - there were several Teslas at the car dealership at the time of purchase; - US auto auction, hit hard in the trunk, - the last restyling, - after I made the advance, the owner organized the polishing (although no one obliged), - presented the charge, - there is a good attitude to the client, one of the co-owners has an excellent attraction, once you reach his embrace you will not slip away without a purchase :) - always answer the problem client's calls. Disadvantages: - it is not possible to get solid information - the answer to all questions is positive: everything is, everything will be done, everything will be etc., but in fact we need to check all the information: for example, I was informed about 2 keys orally, then it turned out that one; - at the stage of making the advance informed that in addition to the price of the car you must pay for the first registration (pension fund and other expenses). The price was called almost twice as low as it turned out. - The registration in MREO was carried out without my presence. It would seem convenient! But after analyzing the cost items I found that this moment cost me extra money. - do not believe the promises to repair / complete something after giving the money, just take the time - both owners of the salon promised to replace the panoramic glass with a crack, the result in 2 months and not. Most often we hear that: "they will call back later", "call another employee", "I am abroad, come in a week", "Got glass, but with a crack", etc.)) - Tesla was repaired / repaired by unqualified specialists (due to electronic errors, the airbags did not work, the car reported a check of the safety belt, the parktronics did not work). The car failed to connect to the mobile app; - The seller is not very competent in Tesla cars, so I had to look for information on operation and maintenance in other places. Conclusion: In the cabin you can find at first glance a great car for good money. But in my case, given the overpayment for registration and for the elimination of errors and imperfections, I could have purchased it elsewhere with a good reputation, qualified staff and transparent purchasing conditions.
