They refused to accept bills with very small (about 1 cm) stamps to replenish the deposit, although the NBU explicitly prohibits banks from doing this. "We have nowhere to put them, and in general I can't force my cashier to take them" - the boss's answer

Very poor service, staff at checkout are unlovable, refuse, though obliged, to exchange coins. The cashier at the cashier of the Sberbank of the "state bank" said with a claim why it was THEY who came and not to another bank !!! Take a look at this Branch!

I don’t know why everyone complains because there are no queues in those banks where there are few customers. For 12 years I have been using the services of a bank in this department and everything has always been ok. It is nice that the bank has developed and many procedures have been simplified. They were never rude to me and always treated with respect. When I was very patient with a pensioner with payments (I could not stand it ...).

There are good specialists in the department, there is an ATM and self-service terminals. There is a ramp. And the minus and plus is that it is so conveniently located in relation to the stops of public transport - it is always crowded here, and closer to the 20th of the month, in the midst of utility bills, you are not at all crowded here.
