Forgot the map. To put the currency into the account, I stood for 40 minutes in a queue of 2 people. At the same time, legal entities of the entire department and 2 cashiers were freely available without work. One man worked for individuals (special thanks). The bank is near the house and there is always a queue for tellers! The terminal is inside and is inaccessible around the clock, like in other branches. Near the work for Antonov in Kiev, the department is simply awesome in comparison with the Sumy horror №1. Nice bank (advise), but this branch is terrible.

Stupid, ill-mannered cashier .... you can't name it otherwise. 09/08/2020 yelled at the client at 09:30 just because she herself did not know how to carry out an operation with a card! Bank across the street - done in half a minute !!!

I have never used the services of this bank and will never be 100%, although the unpleasant experience was gained. Employees of this bank have been calling almost daily for several months, not calling in the best possible form, requesting information about their customers who allegedly left my phone number. Numerous explanations for my non-involvement, please no longer have to be taken into account.

05/07/2018 at 15.28, when exchanging 100 euros, the cashier was missing 100 UAH, I added and recounted my money. I just lacked these 100 UAH, the cashier answered my claim that the calculating machine was not mistaken. I asked to call me back after encashment, which never happened.
