Impressions are not very good. I provide admin services myself, I did not expect such an attitude. I came to hand over my passport to insert a photo. I took the coupon, waited in line. The operator of my ticket was not found, the Hamovito woman said that I nicknamed my time (I entered as soon as it was displayed on the scoreboard) and I need to look for luck in the next office. They figured out why it happened, in the end they accepted the documents. Okay. 25.09.20 submitted an application for registration of a private individual. Today is 30.09! No one can explain anything. They say a technical failure and we are neither in tax nor in statistics. Specialists cannot help. Everyone has the same answer - wait, maybe in 5 minutes it will appear and maybe a week or two or even a month. How so?

- waited 1.5 hours for help due to "database failure". - there are many people inside without masks. - for the certificate they took 50 UAH +15! UAH commission in their terminal for payment. you made a mistake in the certificate, check immediately without leaving your office. - inside there is a copier / station. score - by the ticket number, you can see how many people are in front of you in line (right terminal)
