I do not recommend purchasing smartphones on this network !!! Bought on August 11 xiaomi redmi notes 8 T, at 20 pm, came home inserted a micro sim, he does not see it, inserted another sim, a flash drive - he does not see, in the morning we arrived at the store, we were offered to send to the service center in Kiev, waited 15 days , the answer is "mechanical damage" there is nothing we can do The director's answer "we cannot prove that you broke, but the fact that we sold the defective one too" wrote a statement to the lawyer, the answer was "mechanical damage is not a warranty case." that's all. We bought a defective toy that is lying around at home! Previously, we bought smartphones, everything was fine and there was no mechanical damage, but here .... like this. We do not recommend anyone to contact this network, they did not try to help us, they only pretended! It's a shame ... 5000 down the drain!

I wanted to buy headphones! On the price tag 2999 at the checkout 3999! In response, they received they cost 3999, but that was the auction price! Question! Does it bother me? You have a price you have a product! It smells of divorce! Crap as they could! This was my first and last time in this store! I bought a backpack there and later did an allo-exchange. Very nice young people work in the store. Compared to other similar stores, they don’t impose their opinions on the customer or the need to buy one or another thing. By the way, in general, allo-exchange is more profitable than citrus-exchange. For example, my redmi s2 in a citrus exchange was estimated at 1800 UAH, and in an allo exchange at 2500 UAH. The significant difference.
