Stay away! The worst place to buy electronics or accessories in Ukraine! My smartphone was broken during flight to Ukraine, so I had to buy Samsung S20, and unfortunately chose this shop in Kiev :( Phone worked for 3 weeks and upon my return back to Texas it just died. When I took it to dealer they told me it was a counterfeit phone and CPU was just burnt down! 950 bucks for a counterfeit phone!!! NEVER buy anything from them!!!

Never had problems with this shop. The discount cards tho is absolute mistery. You should check the list of discount products and apparently can get certain products cheaper but I personally don't need those products, why don't they just put them on sale.

I went to the store to make a rather expensive purchase in the form of a segway. Two sellers pretended not to notice me with my husband and baby !!!! Then I turned to them, they served a woman in two, then a man came in to buy a starter pack, I'm still waiting. In general, it took about twenty minutes my husband and I turned around and left without waiting for the seller. Dear directors, please provide the number of sellers so that they can perform their work with high quality, or change the existing ones!

Excellent shop. The consultants are friendly, they will always prompt, advise and help you choose the option you need for any product you sell. I wanted to buy an IPS Led 27 inch monitor. I asked the consultant if I can check how he works, he said that this is a paid service. Absolutely unfriendly attitude of the staff, it is clear that they do not care if the client leaves. I was ready to buy, was ready to pay, but they behaved so that I left. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
