It used to be better. At the moment, he is a completely incompetent cashier, refusing to serve on far-fetched grounds and counting on utility bills is not at all what is written there. Only subsidy pensioners and fraudsters on behalf of the bank come here. Queues are only because the cashier calculates one payment in 40-60 minutes. There are almost no people ever. Although next to another bank, the queues of up to two cash desks do not disappear for a day. Definitely: the worst customer service in a banking institution that has ever been seen in life.
