The products are great! But the attitude of sellers is disgusting ... Today 12/30/19. I wanted to purchase products, the terminal refused twice. There was money on the map. I arrived in 20 minutes, make the next attempt to purchase. There is a “15 minutes break” sign hanging on the door, although there were three sellers at the checkout counter, one ate with a Sudochka, the other poured something into glasses ... (I don’t understand, they don’t eat one person in the back room ?!) I just froze, I did not have time to wait. I stood for a couple of minutes and went to Brocard (there were no problems there, neither with the terminal, nor with the staff). Thanks to your sellers. Now I know for sure that I will not come shopping in Yves Rocher Caravan anymore.

My favorite store, I often visit here, sometimes when there is no time, I just order on the Internet, I love their products. A full range of products is always presented in Caravan, often there are all sorts of interesting discounts
