The money disappeared from the account for the second time in a month in the amount of 2x1555gr, the employees cannot clearly explain, such as double write-off of blah, blah ... If this is confirmed, then maybe in 45 days the money will be returned.? !!! The money was returned after 2 days, but the residue remained!

Very annoyed with the service. First and most importantly, the employee's address in Russian, although I addressed her in the state language. A person works in the service sector, even before the law on language came into force, and they have to communicate in the state language. Secondly, the unpleasant situation arose from the fact that the employee asked for the identification code, and without asking anything else, continued the operation, and when the check came out, it was given a surname such as in the skin, although I needed to indicate another name for the passport (in due to the change). Everything had to be redone. Very careless and unprofessional service.

This is the worst bank. Service is not what. Check out the card for one hour. Are you seriously? Who will use such a bank? There are a lot of friends out of the line here. One person works. The rest run around with bread. They wanted to close the map.
