To everyone who doubts the honesty and conscientiousness of the company - my review is for you, I am writing it as negative reviews are written 10 out of 10 and there are very few positive ones. I chose a company with which I will cooperate for several days, after arriving at Alena's office, the choice fell on Columbus. We discussed all the questions that interested me, a few days later made an advance and we began to select a car. The selection process lasted approximately 3-4 days, I don’t remember exactly, the manager offered options and I turned my nose around. Initially I counted on a Camry or a King in a budget of $ 9000, in the process of communicating with the manager and reducing my appetite, we came to a common denominator - we take Jetta. I will not describe the details of communication with the manager and all the nuances, in short: - the car arrived on time (it was waiting for a place in the container for several days) - the price of the car has not changed after the miscalculation of the car - the condition of the car was 85% consistent with the photo at the auction - communication with the manager (a huge plus) in our time, organized and correct management is a rarity - on a 10-point scale 9/10 There are also disadvantages: by car: - upon the arrival of the car in the US port, damage to the hood was revealed, at the auction the photo was declared without damage to the hood, BUT THE COMPANY COMPENSATED THIS NUANCE, which, according to my reflections, had hidden the auction itself. Everything about the car, there were nuances about damaged parts, but it was not critical and my problems were already. for Columbus' employees (the manager does not concern): - to the logistician add some speed in the feedback - everyone is more positive At the moment, my purchased car is completely repaired and on the go, without any problems, made the way from Kiev to Poltava without a single question. Good day! I would like to share my experience with Columbus Trade. I turned to the group in Viber, and the manager Maya from Turgenevskaya answered me. I was considering buying in Ukraine for reasons of buying now and not waiting, but decided to find out the intricacies of buying from the USA. Maya showed me all the pros and cons of buying in Ukraine, and at the same moment, I decided to order a proven car from America! I would like to share my impressions of the work of the Columb trade company. In August I decided to buy a car and did not dare to take it in Ukraine or wait with the USA. I came across a group in Viber Columbus trade. I wrote to them for the car they were interested in. They answered quickly. After making the decision to buy in the USA, we began to select a car. Bought Elantra Hyundai. The whole process took a little less than 3 months (from the moment of buying the car to the moment of receiving the numbers) I can't say anything about the prices of the company, since I have not compared it with others, but I can say that I am satisfied with the car and will recommend the company to my friends who will be interested in purchasing a car from the USA. The car was in good technical condition. When calculating the repair, it came out a little more, but not radically (this is also taking into account my troubles - that all the parts were installed original, not Taiwanese).
