The salon, sales managers and cars are great. The interior is gorgeous. This is where the positive ends. T.O. At 9.00 I dialed the service, but the service manager, according to the operator, communicates with someone on the phone and will definitely call back. Didn't call back. I'm not proud, I typed in an hour, I managed to sign up for a TO. We changed the oil. I wanted to install a video recorder. It turned out that installing the recorder under the rear-view mirror is an unrealistic risk and a colossal job for an electrician, so the risks are entirely on the owner of the car. Notified, there may be irreversible consequences))) the rain sensor MAY not work correctly, or maybe everything will remain fine (remember, this is a DVR without connecting to the brain and car screen) ... I made a call to Lexus in another city, they will install it without any problems and no risk to the owner of the Auto. I can't understand why I need a warranty for Auto and Firm service, if I have to take risks? I won't come to this service again.

Refuse to comply with the revocable warranty terms "Repair coverage for the dashboard (instrument panel) and / or certain interior trim panels" published on September 27, 2018. The car fits a revocable company, but the official dealer of "Lexus Odessa" ignores the replacement of defective parts on my LS 460 (mid-October 2006 - late August 2013).
