I was looking around for an investment property to rent out, we bought 2 last year in Arkadia with the help of Park Residential. We avoided some nightmare with the purchase and were able to do it all from start to finish in 1 week!!!! They also took the property on and renovated and advised on furniture. We advertised the places on AirBNB and within 2 weeks we had a full summer and autumn season! Then covid hit and we had to go home.
