Today, on a 06:50 flight from Chisinau-Odessa, the driver instead of Odessa brought the entire bus to Zatoka, taking 5 left-handed people along the way. What is this private cab along the way? The work of the bus station employees is just awful. Today we expected a flight from Szczecin to Nova Kakhovka. Secondly, when we went to the information window to find out how long the flight was delayed, we were told "Listen to what they are announcing." To a fair objection that there was not a word about this particular flight, the answer was "When they are released from customs, then he will come. Wait." As a result, we had to call the carrier and find out when it would be. Why can't the station staff do this and announce over the speakerphone so that passengers can orientate themselves? Why should a passenger with bags and in the heat have to run around the station and ask the workers who just come to sit their shift and do not care about their work? Why should passengers call the carrier? By the way, when the flight did arrive, it was announced that it was late. Otherwise it was unnoticeable, especially for those who were waiting.
