Good day. I know the Fortuna Group dealer very well even when they had a Peugeot (because I myself work at the official Peugeot service). A long time ago, customers said that the mechanics there are not qualified specialists and, roughly speaking, are hands-on. I hoped that at least they were more responsible for Honda, but it was not there. Drove his wife's car to them (a wife drives a small child) We changed the filter oils, the oil in the box, checked the EGR valve, and there were many other car races. The car is not new, brought from America, it was repaired by the body at the official service, after the car went to Honda service and was not serviced anywhere else, and this is what I discovered recently when my wife told me that the car would not start and she was standing on the track with a small child in the car late at night. The car was immobilized and I found a bug in the engine fuse box. The HAM service director and the rude talked to me with swear words and refused to solve the problem. I will appeal to protect consumer rights. I attach a photo of the service.

From the moment of purchase, the autob began to undergo maintenance and service, as they say "At the officers" I immediately changed the oil, both in the engine and in the box, and, accordingly, all the filters. That was a year ago. After a year, I came for an inspection, left 1100 UAH - everything is fine with you, nothing is needed (no one suggested changing the oil, no filters). Today I went to the service station and they changed the oil and filters I bought, the air ones did not change. In general, everything is in the photo. Rotten freaks.
