Good day! I put 3 stars out of a possible 5 for the after-sales attitude towards the customer, namely for warranty service. The company provides a guarantee for the car. But after 5 visits to the service station under warranty, I can’t say that the company wants or can fulfill the warranty obligations. Firstly, I want to note that regardless of whether the client pays for maintenance / repair or is it a warranty case, there must be supporting documents (acts of work performed). 5 visits - not a single document confirming that there is a car breakdown and that I contacted the service under warranty. Second, the actual service. Handled due to a malfunction in the air conditioning system. All 5 times they refilled the system with refrigerant. 1 time changed the idle spare part. The spare part was replaced with the original used (by my consent). Unfortunately, she also failed very quickly (within 8 days). There was an extra sound in the cabin with the air conditioner turned on. At the service station, after that, again, they simply changed the refrigerant. Total. I decided to buy the necessary spare parts myself and send the car for repair to specialized specialists. This is a tidy sum. Once there was an appeal regarding a defect in decor elements, which was also promised to be replaced. As it turned out, not replaced. Apparently taped. The defect again returned on the second day. That is, in fact, why I gave this rating. In my opinion, sales managers treat customers with due attention. Unfortunately, after the purchase, I think it is impossible to count on a decent service.
