Firstly, the staff is not competent. They did not warn that you can only buy through the site. They did not warn that paid packages, the purchase had to be carried in hands! Secondly, they drove around the store with payment! First place an order with them in the store, then go downstairs, wait in a huge queue for quarantine (!!!), pay, then return to the store for the goods, and you won’t be able to go through the main entrance, you need to look at the cash desk 25! Also, the "responsible staff" did not give a check! They got a call from the 25th cash desk, and, as a solution to the issue, they told me to go up to the store for a check !!!!! Are you completely unscrupulous ????? NEVER IN LIFE MORE BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE STORE !!! AND I WILL NOT ADVISE ALL !!!!!!!!!

Lord leaders. Your employees make a bad reputation for the store! My family and I went to your shopping trip three times in February, as there was a ski trip 🎿. And all three times I was amazed at the work of the staff. Nobody paid any attention to us !!!! Until you go and drag the seller by the hand, no one will offer help. They don't know the goods. They sit in the corners and behind the cash register with telephones in their hands. They don't even get up at the sight of a customer. Discuss buyers in front of others. While the purchase was being made for us, three "very busy sellers" were discussing the fourth one, who literally "stumbles near the locker room where the dude tries on the fifth suit." How is it? Teach them the basics of sales ?! Or rather, accelerate and recruit new ones. It will be easier! By the way: glasses from your store! And this was the only time when a girl helped us in our choice. Sorry, I don't know her name. In total, we bought 2 suits, 4 glasses, 3 gloves and all sorts of thermo ...
