I didn't think I would write a negative review about this delivery service. I ordered 2 burgers and one set of snacks with sauces for lunch at 18:30. As a result, food was brought to me 50 minutes later than it was necessary (although I ordered a lot in advance !!!) Well, I think okay, so be it. I took the food from the courier, I come home and unpack it .. The food was already barely warm, the burgers even had to be heated in the microwave. and instead of a set (which includes wings, crackers, onions, nuggets), they gave me wings. I'm calling the operator. The operator said that they confused my order with someone else's order and asked for forgiveness; they said that they would bring me something that they did not bring the first time + as an apology they said that they would give an extra burger. I said okay, so be it. It takes about an hour, the operator calls. I think we're finally eating the snacks I've been waiting for (+ the burger I was promised). But it was not there. The operator says that all the burger buns are out and instead offers me a shawarma. I say "okay, bring me something already." In the end, about an hour more passed and I still got this set of snacks + additional shawarma (it’s compensation for my twitching eye). Bottom line: the food itself is delicious. But the service itself was very disappointing.

I liked the photos on Instagram and Facebook, I liked the reviews. What I didn't like was the food. The potatoes, due to the fact that they are in a container without paper, do not reach. The burger is not tasty, the cutlet pushed me the most. The texture of the meat is not felt, the taste is very weak. Once again I am convinced that you should not try new deliveries, but rather order from proven burgers.

first time ordered, delivered in an hour, the burger was delicious, the potatoes are good packaging, but it is advisable to put the potatoes on paper so that it absorbs moisture and the packer mixed up 1 liter instead of Pepsi. , 2 reinforced concrete cans, the courier did not resolve the issue on his own, but after a call to the dispatcher the courier quickly brought and changed
