I called the contact number, it is usually a long time to wait for my turn to connect with the operator, but there is an option when a cnap employee calls you back and records. It works, they called back, signed up, came at the specified time and went through the registration procedure in 30-40 minutes. Well done, all employees are trying, helping people.
