It takes a very long time to draw up documents for re-obtaining a card. You cannot do everything in one place with one specialist. They impose unnecessary services, they are rude and rude if you refuse. In general, bank employees act as if they are doing a favor, not their job.

Perhaps the main disadvantage of this bank is the underdeveloped online banking service (area 24), there is practically no sense in it, except that the payment for public services, and then, it is very problematic to ruin even advanced young people, not to mention pensioners. There is an experience of using privat 24, and so everything is implemented there much better and easier, even a child will figure it out. We need to develop an online service, then the queues in the branch of the bank will be smaller, and users are more comfortable.
