it is a pity that the service ends at the sale of tickets, and then you have to deal with drivers who are more profitable to carry passengers for cash. Of course, it is more convenient to buy and communicate with the support service online, and not at a smelly train station with an evil aunt, but I want to note that the modern design of the site increases disappointment with the quality of the bus and the carrier's service, so there are probably so many negative reviews, you need to add real pictures of buses.
