I approached the Trade in department and here the first surprise was waiting for me, no employee of the Tradein department was at work. I went to the sales desk and was asked to wait. After waiting 10 minutes, I looked at the new cars and none of the sellers approached me, and without waiting for the Tradein sellers, I approached the sales staff again and asked how I I can talk to the salesmen of the Tradein department. The seller's answer stunned me, the seller told me "write down the phone number of the seller of Tradein and call him" 😆😆😆😆😆. I am a customer in the salon and have to call the Tradein seller to come to me in the salon. And the seller himself does not want to call his colleague. This is the same type of Audi Volkswagen groups, such as "auto business class". This is the first time I see such a circus. Even companies that sell cheap cars have a much better approach to the customer. Then the salesman Stanislav appeared and with a facial expression like what do you need here? Why did you come here? started reluctantly telling me what they have there on Tradein. You would hear this tone, after which any desire to buy something immediately disappears. Neither you can offer to take a test drive, nor tell normally about the car, nor offer any attractive price. It is a horror that such "sellers" undermine the image of the company Volkswagen. The company "Porsche West" is an office for buying and pairing used cars. This is the center of typical barricades. God, when will you teach Ukrainians to work and treat clients accordingly? Dear owners, dealership center "Porsche West" teach your employees the correct communication with customers, conduct training, and then with such sellers there is no desire to buy something from you

So a review: My husband bought a car for $ 30,000, new !!! , But the white ceiling and the passenger's mirror in the "salidol paws of the cattle", in the cabin red hair, rubber of an unknown manufacturer (the cheapest), the caps are missing, the "freezing" liquid is poured))), there are traces of greasy fingerprints in the cabin !!
