The worst delivery. Placed an order at 17.45, and delivered at 20.40. From "set number 10", in a set of 4 types of rolls, there is only one normal taste - Philadelphia Unagi roll. Everything else is terrible. The roll with the red fish is generally strange. The color of the fish was, to put it mildly, not fresh at all, the taste was not even tasted. I didn't really want to get poisoned. We ordered another pizza - instead of "Sicily" they brought a completely different one. The taste is for an amateur. It didn't work for me, and the pizza was already cold. For this price you can find much tastier in the city. If you want a delicious meal - this is definitely NOT about DaVinci

I tried it once, I liked it, but my friends made the order. I decided to place an order. The order was confirmed at 19.01, they promised to deliver within an hour. After waiting for two hours, I decided to dial and find out where my order is. By the voice of the operator I realized that they had not even begun to cook him. Three hours have passed, I'm sitting waiting. (Although after the call they promised that they would have a maximum of 30 minutes) I would have already refused, but my daughter wants sushi. I don't know if my order will be delivered, but this will definitely be the last time I buy something here. Service, customer care, fast delivery are clearly not about them. I advise everyone, if you want to place an order, select others. These are not reliable. And no one even apologized for the delay.

The company can get better by delivering the order within the agreed time of 1.40-1.50 minutes, rather than at least 3.5 hours (and never delivering it). Notifying customers about the time delay, that until the second call was received, the courier did not leave for the order. Maybe you should limit the delivery area? Or hire a SECOND courier? It's a pity that you don't care about your customers! Trust verified deliveries rather than listening to recommendations, as they absolutely do not justify the behavior and level of service provided by Sushi @davinci_sushi.

The most disgusting service I've ever met. We have been waiting for our order for five hours, at first they had some problems, apparently they made the wrong sushi set and redid it, then filled in "wait", then did not pick up the phone, and eventually went to the opposite address from us. I would rather catch a crucian carp with my bare hands, wrap it in a burdock, and eat it, than once again use the services of this tavern.
