There was a foreign currency deposit in the bank. Impressions from this department are different, because been several times. For the first time I came here to replenish a deposit, and when I found out all the nuances, it didn’t work out, to which the consultant replied “now we’ll open a new one” and I immediately got to grips about what is new if I need this one. In the course of the conversation, a flurry of arrogance and rude answers fell upon me: “Didn’t you read the contract?”, “These are just your problems”, “what have I to do with the fact that you didn’t hear the conditions” ... I was shocked. The second visit to the bank was 5 months later to collect the money. Everything is ok, quickly and well served, except for the cashier! I didn’t ask how I want to take the money (currency, buy up to the amount, part in hryvnia) and did everything at my discretion. When asked "why is this so?" She replied, "I have no other money at the box office." And it became a cherry that I was with a stroller, there is no ramp, the doors open very hard and! a security guard sat there and did not help. I understand that it is not his duty, but ... He sat in his headphones and watched a movie, seeing how I brought in and pulled out a stroller ... The desire to come again disappeared!

Normal bank, inside clean, tidy. The queues are average, as lucky. One more specialist is not enough for two of them to work and be able to do operations more quickly.
