The first time I came across such a brazen and shameless bank - Credit Agricole. Apparently they are used to working with farmers and are not particularly worried about the level of their attitude towards the client. The bank decides with whom or to your client or not. It can cancel your payment without explanation if it considers your counterparty to be "undesirable." And you won’t achieve anything until you arrive at the bank’s office, and even then they will just shrug their hands. In the meantime, you are trying to understand why your payment has been canceled (at what supposedly at your request) the operator will simply not answer calls. In general, I do not recommend anyone working with Credit Agricole - the risk is simply not justified. And besides, it’s a terribly inconvenient Web application (client-bank) - some past century. Although the internal repair in their office, you can decide that the level will be high. But the reality is much sadder (

Thank you for the repair, but before the repair, more employees worked in this department and they were more professional, now it’s just trash, the queues are not big, but one manager works on one client in 30-50 minutes, I wanted to close the loan using Internet banking, pay I succeeded and no, because they can’t do this on the site, I came to this ..... department, and they couldn’t tell me when they can close the loan, although there is even an overpayment on it, they can’t do a certificate because they filled out an application somewhere, and they couldn’t work it out during the day, it’s just sucks, not a bank, if you want a haemorrhage then you are here, negative emotions are provided 100%, and out of the blue

I can not say anything for the whole bank, but this branch must be dissolved for good. We have a salary project open, there is a dedicated manager. The last situation has already been done: they ordered a re-issue of the card, they made the card in 2 weeks (in normal banks they reissued the card in 15 minutes, but we’ll miss it), came to the office, sat in the queue for more than 40 minutes, sat down to the manager, she asked to wait finish your business. Gone somewhere .. another 30 minutes were waiting for her to return. This creature returned, took things and left somewhere. The question from other bank employees went where you have a client said she did not have time. Is it generally adequate? How are these people not fired at this very moment? The map was eventually issued, but how long it took, I find it difficult even to say. The problem is that every call takes an unreal amount of time.

It is simply shameful for a foreign bank to have such a branch. The staff is just awful, illiterate and stupid, although the repairs are excellent.

Bad separation. It seems like a good bank, but employees run to each other - but how to do it ?, but somehow .... like the first day at work.
