I always knew that when you take a loan, you need to read the fine print, but not dear Idea Bank found a new opportunity to "thank me" for the fact that I became their client. Not everything is written in the loan agreement, there is a reference to the public agreement, and everything is already written there as it should be for this bank. And this is during the crisis not only in Ukraine but in the world. I hope that he will soon go bankrupt and leave our market. I do not recommend placing this bank as a client, because you will regret it as much as I do!

poor bank, when closing the loan, asked for a certificate of the absence of debt (by the way, it is paid). A year later, they called and reminded that it was necessary to close the account of UAH 100 and another UAH 120 due to delay, although the manager could probably hint about this.

Your accounts are in danger! Any operation in this bank is a problem! The boorish attitude of the staff is not even the main thing. The main thing is that when you, for weighty reasons, want to change your data (financial phone number or code word or something else), then this is your own business. After a while, it turns out that you are simply wasting time and paper on statements - nothing changes, and if the fraudsters have your old data, they can use it as they please.
